Readiness dimensions
Being technically deployable is not the same as being publicly launchable. We track these separately so one never stands in for another.

Launch-blocker register
These are the real, verified gaps between today and a public content launch. The full register (with owners and evidence) lives in the project's launch documentation; this is a faithful summary of it.

Recommendation on record: CONDITIONAL GO for a technical/operational beta;
NO-GO for a content-driven public launch until at least one species is
specialist-reviewed and published and the legal/hosting/email tracks are closed. Blocker counts
reflect docs/rkb/LAUNCH_BLOCKERS.md.
